A Croquembouche is a tradition French dessert consisting of profiterole choux pastry, filled with your choice of custard, smothered in shiny sugar toffee and assembled in to a cone shape and bound by toffee.


Decorated with a spiral of peal sugar profiteroles and
a spiral of chocolate dipped strawberries. Serving suggestion
We suggest 2 to 3 profiteroles per person. 
$2.75 per profiterole,
Minimum order of 100 profiteroles
