Profiteroles (small bite size) choux pastry, filled with your choice of vanilla, cointreau or chocolate flavoured custard, smothered in shiny sugar toffee. Crocquembouche means "crunchy" in French. Decorated with blood red sugar roses and white ribbon. $5.95 per person, allowing 3 profiteroles per person. Smallest size is 25 person and largest 80 person. If any larger, the remaining profiteroles can be boxed and plated up at the reception. 1 WEEK NOTICE REQUIRED.
